These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the avmgg online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at avmgg.net and any associated mobile or web-based applications operated by avmgg. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the avmgg platform, you confirm your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

To register and maintain an account on avmgg, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities and automated systems may not register as players.

You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. avmgg reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and to request supporting documentation including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Each eligible player may hold only one (1) registered account on avmgg. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You agree to:

• Never share your login credentials with any other person.
• Never allow any other person to access or use your avmgg account.
• Notify avmgg support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Use a strong, unique password and enable SMS OTP two-factor authentication where available.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.

avmgg will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access that occurred due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials will be deemed to have been performed by you, unless you have reported a compromise to avmgg support prior to such activity taking place.

All financial transactions on avmgg are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). avmgg supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Deposits: Deposits made via GCash and Maya are reflected in your PHP wallet instantly upon successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically confirmed within 30 minutes during standard banking hours. avmgg does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used must be registered in your own name as it appears on your avmgg account.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your KYC identity verification must be completed and approved.
• All applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be fully met before withdrawal is permitted.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the avmgg account holder.
• avmgg reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

avmgg does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawal requests. However, third-party payment providers (such as GCash or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges, for which avmgg bears no responsibility. Any applicable charges will be disclosed prior to confirming a withdrawal.

avmgg offers various bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that include, but are not limited to, the following general conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Unused bonus funds and any winnings generated by expired bonus funds will be forfeited automatically at the time of expiry.

Each game's specific rules are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall apply to the matter in question.

avmgg uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all software-based casino games. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slot games are published and represent the theoretical long-term return to the player over a statistically significant number of rounds. RTPs are not a guarantee of any specific outcome in any individual session.

In the event of a technical failure — such as a game crash, disconnection, or server error — during a live gaming session, avmgg will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the session state and resolve the outcome fairly. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected bet may be voided and the staked amount returned to your account. avmgg's decision in such matters is final.

For sports betting, all markets are governed by the specific sporting event rules as outlined in the avmgg sportsbook. Odds are subject to change prior to event commencement. In-play odds are updated in real time and are confirmed at the moment of bet placement. avmgg reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously erroneous price due to system error.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the avmgg platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account or allowing any other person to use your account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games or place bets.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in game software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Match-fixing or influencing the outcome of any sporting event on which bets are placed.
• Bonus abuse, including creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses or systematically hedging bets to exploit bonus wagering requirements.

• Depositing funds obtained through unauthorized use of another person's payment method.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, avmgg shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the avmgg platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruption — regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or avmgg had been advised of the possibility of such damages.

avmgg does not warrant that the platform will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components at all times. We make reasonable commercial efforts to maintain platform availability and stability, but scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may occur. avmgg will not be liable for losses incurred during a period of platform unavailability.

avmgg's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your avmgg account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your account, or any gaming transaction on the avmgg platform, you agree to first contact avmgg customer support to seek an informal resolution. avmgg will endeavor to resolve all disputes within five (5) business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Where the matter falls under PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction, the relevant PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures shall apply.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under applicable Philippine consumer protection laws, including Republic Act No. 7394 (Consumer Act of the Philippines).
